Biscuits & Banjos Festival
Biscuits and Banjos will take place in downtown Durham, NC April 25-27, 2025 at the Durham Performing Arts Center, The Armory, Carolina Theater, and more locations.
GRAMMY & Pulitzer Prize-winning artist Rhiannon Giddens’ new festival is dedicated to the celebration and exploration of Black music, art and culture in her home state of North Carolina. Biscuits & Banjos is a 3-day festival to exchange ideas, expand conversations, uplift traditions, and trace the musical and geographical connections of old time, country, Americana, folk, jazz and blues to highlight their complicated origins.

Nelsonville Music Fest 2025
Set in the beautiful rolling hills of Southeast Ohio, the 19th annual Nelsonville Music Festival will take place June 20–22, 2025 at Snow Fork Event Center.
The 3-day event billboard magazine calls “one of the best-kept secrets of the U.S. music festival circuit” offers a diverse lineup of 40+ national, regional, and local acts from a variety of genres in an intimate setting, along with camping, kid’s activities, unique artisan and retail vendors, local food, and more!
NMF is a production of Stuart’s Opera House, a non-profit historic theater and performing arts center in Nelsonville. All proceeds raised at the festival directly support Stuart’s Opera House, including its tuition-free Arts Education programs.

Each episode weaves a visually stunning live studio performance by an NC artist or band with an intimate conversation about their creative journey.
