In 2011, shirlette joined with friends and soul rockers, The Dynamite Brothers to create And Lovers Like, a merging of their signature sounds that resulted in a funk, rock LP of epic proportions. Guests include Justin Robinson (Carolina Chocolate Drops), Juan Huevos, Kelly Crisp (The Rosebuds), Greg Humphries, Adrian Duke, Shana Tucker, and others.
